The canvas is highlighted as the main focal point and the star of the show simulating the disturbances of its' natural state, breaking it free of the four walls of its' frame.
Derived from the notion of fear; by cutting up canvas, then re-stitching it back together.

Exploring self-portraiture which nods to Bacon, feelings that evoke Klimpt and Dufy known to be maddening, enigmatic yet all the while being entirely herself she is able to capture a moment, or simple expression in time.
